My Review:
Natural Birth Stories is an incredible read ! I encourage women of all ages to read it. The aim of Natural Birth Stories is to empower and encourage women to give birth in a more natural. Or at least, to not be afraid of birth/ Often, women are shown only the dangerous side of birth, but Natural Birth Stories encompasses so much.Shannon describes a natural birth as one without medication or medical intervention. Of course, there are situations when a natural birth is impossible. However, women should have a say in the process as being informed about birth is a human right.
There are various chapters describing different women's experiences at having a natural birth. Additionally, there are chapters on care providers, contractions, nutrition and exercise and how a birth plan
This book is very realistic. As well, it doesn't new/ expectant mothers at all. It is a very handy guide to have. Natural Birth Stories is very accessible and it is easy to look up what you want to read. I really enjoyed this book. I think all expectant mothers should read this. It is definitely worthy of 5 stars- Well written with no grammatical issues.
